DAILY ACTIVITY
Hello Guys.
Today we practice the third week, and we start the activity when in the kitchen starts at. 10.00 which we did first was to clean the kitchen first or what is commonly referred to as general cleaning until 12:30.
after that we make a liven that comes from sour dough dough which is left for days and then fed every day. liven is made from sour dough mixture added with water and flour and allowed to stand for 1 day to use tomorrow to make Sour Bread and Sweet Bread.
Sourdough yeast commonly called leaven, will produce bubbles or foam that will soften the bread dough. Bubble produced by leaven is carbon dioxide (CO2) gas. This sourdough bread will taste a little sour because lactic acid is produced by lactic acid.
After completing the preparation liven for sour dough tomorrow we continue to prepare and make a sponge cake for use on Thursday when the mini cake material.
We finished preparing sponge cake and liven at 2:30 p.m. and we started a short break then continued to clean the kitchen or general cleaning so that everything was sorted out before 4:00 p.m. so we could go home a little faster than before.
